ESE Fixed Cleat Making Tool by ESE Machines

The ESE Cleat Making Tool makes a completely formed metal roof panel cleat (also known as a clip) in a simple two-step operation.

This cleat making tool makes a perfect clip that fits ESE, NewTech and Knudson panel dimensions, or can be used for your custom panels either in 1″ or 1-1/2″ tall profiles.

*Note: The tool will make either 1″ or 1-1/2″ profiles. If you need to make both profiles, you will need to purchase two tools.

IMPORTANT: This tool is not compatible with Rollformer or Schlebach machine profiles.
