Although UPS is experiencing delays in some areas of the US, deliveries are now almost back to pre-Covid “normal” with most deliveries arriving within the guaranteed service window. In addition, UPS has reinstated its service guarantee for expedited deliveries, including Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and 3-Day select.
