ACM / MCM Sheets Terms & Conditions Of Sale

ORDER SIZE LIMIT
The maximum allowable order size for ACM or MCM sheets on rapidmaterials.com is ten (10) sheets of any given color. This limitation does not apply any Reynobond® materials or to CAP PANEL™ by 3A Composites USA.
Per our distribution agreements with our ACM/MCM vendors (Alucobond®by 3A Composites USA, Larson® by Alucoil®), we will not process any order for more than ten (10) sheets, regardless of the manufacturer.
Note: If you need more than 10 sheets, contact us at info@rapidmaterials.com.
This includes back-to-back orders intended to defeat the built in order limitations.

BACK-TO-BACK ORDERS
In the event we receive back-to-back orders for the same material from the same customer that obviously is intended to exceed the order limitations, we will cancel, at our option, all additional orders placed after the initial order, or all orders placed. In any case where we have cancelled an order due to the customer placing back-to-back orders with the intent of subverting our distribution agreements and order limits, we will refund the credit card used for the amount of purchase within thirty (30) days, less 5% credit card processing fees.

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Orders placed for ACM and MCM materials may be cancelled if we are notified in writing within two (2) business day of the order being placed. We will refund the credit card used for the amount of purchase within thirty (30) days, less 5% credit card processing fees. Please ensure you are ordering the correct material prior to placing the order. ACM/MCM, cancellable once we have issued a Purchase Order to the respective Vendors.

SHIPPING
Shipping is arranged as a courtesy to the customer. Customer pick-up at the plant is not available under any circumstances. Once the product has been picked up by the carrier, we will provide tracking information.
Rapid Materials, Alucobond®by 3A Composites USA, Larson® by Alucoil® & Reynobond® are not responsible for any delays in transit, damage to materials or any other claims that may arise.

In addition to the above product specific Terms and Conditions of Sale, all ACM and MCM orders are subject to Rapid Materials general Terms and Conditions of Sale.
