ALUCOBOND® Shipping & Crating Fees

Due to the size and fragility of ALUCOBOND® panels, custom crating and LTL freight charges apply based on order size:

Orders of 1–4 Sheets

• Crate Fee: $600 flat
• Shipping Fee: $0.70 per mile (Minimum $200)

Orders of 5 or More Sheets

• Crate Fee: $175
• Shipping Fee: $0.70 per mile (Minimum $200)

Freight Terms & Conditions

• Freight costs are estimates only. Actual charges will depend on load size, material weight, and available order grouping at the time of shipment. If final freight costs differ significantly, an additional invoice will be issued prior to shipment.
• 3A Composites will coordinate freight. Their customer service team will select the best available carrier once material is ready to ship.
• Flatbed shipments may be grouped. When shipped via flatbed, 3A may combine multiple orders based on destination proximity. Each order’s freight charge is calculated as a weight-based proportion of the total shipment.

Note: All ALUCOBOND® sheet orders ship via LTL freight from our warehouse in Benton, KY (ZIP 42025). Orders of 10+ sheets or special configurations may require a custom freight quote.
