Trufast Walls (formerly Rodenhouse) Thermal-Grip ci Prong Washer is designed for to attach rigid insulation, including polystyrene (XPS), polyisocyanurate (polyiso), expanded polystyrene (EPS) mineral wool and rock wool , etc. to walls. Specs:
- 2" Diameter washer
- Pre-spotting prongs
- Carbon black UV stabilizers
- Flattens on surface of insulation
- Rigid insulation manufacturer approved
- Flexible perimeter compresses on surface and reduces tearing
- Stiffened center "Bullseye" ring prevents fastener pull-through
- Use with Grip-Deck® Self-Drilling Screws or HiLo thread screws with ceramic coating for corrosion resistance.
- Use #6, #7, #8 or #10 Grip-Deck® HiLo thread screws for wood applications or Grip-Deck® SelfDrilling Screws for steel applications.
