The Daggerz Zinc Plated Self-Piercing Screw is designed for fastening light-gauge metal applications up to 16 gauge. Manufactured from C1022 low carbon steel with a core hardness of HV240-425, it features a zinc plated finish that provides a minimum of 24-hour salt spray corrosion resistance.
The pierce point is designed to penetrate light-gauge metal without pre-drilling, while the ultra-fine thread provides secure engagement in thin metal materials. An unslotted high hex washer head provides a broad bearing surface and positive hex-drive engagement for efficient installation.
