The Daggerz Zinc Plated Self-Piercing Screw with EPDM Bonded Washer is designed for fastening light metal applications. Manufactured from C1022 low carbon steel with a core hardness of HV240-425, it features a zinc plated finish that provides a minimum of 24-hour salt spray corrosion resistance.
The pierce point provides efficient penetration in light metal, while the slotted hex washer head provides positive drive engagement. An EPDM bonded washer provides a resilient sealing surface beneath the fastener head, making it well suited for applications where a washered connection is required.
