Beware - What I ordered was 10' length, but what arrived was only 8' long

I just now saw, if it ships "freight" the length is 10'

If they ship it "UPS" they cut it shorter 7'-8"

This was not clear at all when I confirmed the order where I specifically picked a 10' length.

When your order was placed, the custom option was selected, and no custom length was entered with the order. Based on that selection, the material was cut before shipping.

We do recognize that if a customer expects a 10' length, this situation isn't as clear as it should be. We've reviewed our ordering process and, going forward, if we see a potential discrepancy between the selected length and what appears to be the customer's intent, we'll reach out to confirm before proceeding with fabrication.
