The Malco FS1DS Small 1-Station Disc Bender is designed for forming precise 90°–180° bends in straight or curved panels directly on the jobsite. With a bend depth range of 5/16″ to 1-1/8″ (8–30 mm), this model is ideal for forming hems, fascia details, ridge caps, and other interlocking roofing features.

Unlike larger multi-station tools, the 1-station disc design excels at short bends and curves. Three sets of bearing guides glide smoothly along the material to follow the initial bend, delivering controlled and consistent forming across a wide variety of metals.

Roofing contractors can use the FS1DS to create open hems and detail edges without returning panels to the shop. HVAC professionals can field-form ductwork and create open hems to prepare for drives.
