The Malco FS1DL Large 1-Station Disc Bender is designed for forming precise 90°–180° bends in straight or curved panels directly on the jobsite. With a bend depth range of 5/16″ to 1-3/4″ (8–45 mm), this model offers expanded capacity for deeper hems and larger interlocking features.

1-station disc benders are ideal for short bends and curved forming applications. The FS1DL excels at creating open hems for fascia details, ridge caps, and custom metal roofing components without waiting on roll formers. HVAC professionals can also use it to field-form ductwork and create open hems for drive connections.

Three sets of bearing guides glide smoothly along the material to follow the initial bend, ensuring controlled, consistent forming across a wide range of metals. The removable disc allows for quick disassembly and mid-panel tool removal when needed.
