The Malco TurboShear® TSS1 Drill-Powered Asphalt Shingle Cutting Shear Attachment connects directly to your corded or cordless drill to deliver clean, precise cuts in asphalt shingles up to 1/2″ thick. Designed specifically for roofing applications, the TSS1 makes fast valley cuts, tight left square cuts, and circular cuts around vents and utility penetrations.
An extra-wide jaw opening with a beveled lead-in tip accommodates multiple layers of shingles, while the wide lower blade provides excellent stability and control. Heat-treated carbon steel blades with solid carbide inserts hold their edge longer when cutting abrasive, life-rated shingles.
The lightweight cast aluminum head and telescoping drill clamp make the tool easy to carry up a ladder and simple to fit on both large drills and compact impact drivers. The 360° rotating head allows optimal positioning when navigating roof lines.
