Malco TSPC2 TurboShear® Straight Cut Rotary Panel Cutter Kit - Drill-Powered Metal Panel Cutter

The Malco TSPC2 TurboShear® Straight Cut Rotary Panel Cutter Kit provides a versatile, drill-powered cutting solution for standing seam roofing panels, corrugated metal panels, and vinyl siding. With the rolling fence installed, the TSPC2 indexes directly from either rib of standing seam panels with 1" or taller seams, producing straight, repeatable rip cuts without the need to snap a chalk line.

The included 8" and 16" fence rails provide flexibility for common panel dimensions, and the finished cut edge is straight enough for subsequent 90° or 180° bending. When working with corrugated panels or vinyl siding, the fence can be removed in seconds for freehand cutting.

Powered by a standard cordless drill, the TSPC2 cuts up to 22-gauge painted steel, 26-gauge stainless steel, and .040" aluminum without requiring a dedicated motor or separate battery platform. Replaceable hardened high-strength alloy steel cutting discs help provide long service life, while the included IP67-rated heavy-duty carrying case protects the system during transport and storage.

Cutting Direction

The TSPC2 produces a finished edge on the material to the left side of the cut. Material on the right side is considered the scrap side, so cut direction should be planned accordingly.

Drill Requirements

• Designed for use with a standard cordless drill
• For maximum control and torque, use speed setting 1 or the lowest available setting
• Speed setting 2 may also be used when appropriate
• Do not operate with an impact driver
• Do not use a drill in hammer mode
