The Malco FS2DL Large 2-Station Disc Bender is designed for forming precise 90°–180° straight bends in metal panels directly on the jobsite. With an expanded bend depth range of 5/16″ to 1-3/4″ (8–45 mm), this model provides the added capacity needed for deeper hems and larger interlocking panel details.

If you're forming continuous hems over 10 feet long, a 2-station tool delivers noticeable advantages. The second station applies pressure across more of the panel, while the wider base improves straight tracking and consistency over long runs.

Seven sets of bearing guides glide smoothly along the material, following the initial bend and ensuring controlled, uniform forming across a wide range of metals. The removable discs allow for quick disassembly and mid-panel tool removal when necessary.
