The Malco FS2DS Small 2-Station Disc Bender is designed for forming precise 90°–180° straight bends in metal panels directly on the jobsite. With a bend depth range of 5/16″ to 1-1/8″ (8–30 mm), this model is ideal for continuous hems and straight finishing details across long panel runs.

If you’re forming hems over 10 feet in length, a 2-station tool makes a noticeable difference. The second station applies pressure across more of the panel while the wider base improves straight tracking, helping you maintain consistent, uniform bends across extended runs.

Seven sets of bearing guides glide smoothly along the material, following the initial bend and delivering controlled forming across a wide range of metals. The removable discs allow quick disassembly and mid-panel tool removal when needed.
