The DTE Drain Tile Extension is designed to install directly below the downspout outlet, covering the gap between the downspout and the leaf chute or ground pipe for a clean, finished appearance. It completes the Nordic Steel gutter system by creating a smooth visual and functional transition from downspout to drainage.

The DTE fits outside of the downspout and can be easily adjusted up or down, allowing the leaf chute to be removed for service without disturbing the rest of the system. It also fits directly into standard 4" ground pipes, making it suitable for installations with or without a leaf chute.

For proper movement, the lower downspout bracket should be installed with enough clearance above the DTE to allow vertical adjustment. The downspout should terminate approximately halfway into the DTE to maintain adjustability.
