The S-5! PVKIT 2.0 MidGrab is a component used for panel-to-panel connections in solar panel installations. It features a black grab, while all other kit components, including the stud, bolt, and base plate, have a mill finish.

To make module placement easier, the PVKIT 2.0 includes a Module Placement Bevel Guide. The mounting disk is multi-directional, eliminating the need for rails. The PV grab ears are broader, facilitating installation and ensuring secure module engagement.

The PVKIT 2.0 MidGrab can be used for edge-of-field conditions, and an alternative option is the PVKIT 2.0 EdgeGrab.

The PV Kit is designed to accommodate a wide range of module thicknesses. When used with S-5! mini clamps, it can be fitted to any standing seam metal roof profiles, regardless of the material. Additionally, when paired with S-5! brackets, the PVKIT 2.0 is compatible with trapezoidal ribbed and corrugated metal roofs. If desired, the PVKIT can also be used with regular S-5 clamps.
