Description
The S-5-R465 Mini is a specialized clamp designed to fit specific roof profiles such as the Zambelli RIB-ROOF 465, McElroy Metal’s Mirage II, Rib Roof Metal Systems Rib Roof, and similar roofs. It is an improved version of the S-5-R Mini, offering more than three times the holding strength.
The clamps of the S-5-R465 Mini are uniquely designed with opposing setscrews, which enhances its holding strength. Unlike the S-5-R465 seam clamp, the mini version is slightly shorter and features only one setscrew on each side.
The S-5-R465 Mini is primarily used for attaching various rooftop accessories. It is suitable for mounting items like signs, walkways, satellite dishes, antennas, rooftop lighting, lightning protection systems, solar arrays, exhaust stack bracing, conduit, condensate lines, mechanical equipment, and a wide range of other rooftop components.
*S-5!® Mini clamps are not compatible with, and should not be used with, S-5! SnoRail /SnoFence or ColorGard® snow retention systems. If you are using S-5! ColorGard, you should use the S-5-R465 seam clamp. The S-5-R465 Mini clamp comes complete with two [2] 3/8-24 x 0.50″ setscrew. All hardware is stainless steel. The Hex bolt is no longer standard with S-5! mini clamps. Options are:

- 20mm (7/8″) M8-1.25 Flanged Bolt
- 40mm (1-9/16″) M8-1.25 FlangedBolt
