Description
The S-5-T Mini clamp is a specially designed clamp that is shorter than the regular S-5-T clamp. It is specifically developed to fit profiles with a T-shaped seam configuration and can also be used on architectural single-fold or angle-seam profiles with a horizontal projection of 5/8 or less.
Like the S-5-T clamp, the S-5-T Mini clamp has a two-piece design that allows for easy installation anywhere along the length of the panel seam. It is a medium-duty clamp that does not require penetrating the roof surface.
The S-5-T Mini clamp is equipped with one setscrew instead of two, making it slightly different from the S-5-T clamp. It is an ideal choice for attaching various rooftop accessories such as signs, walkways, satellite dishes, antennas, rooftop lighting, lightning protection systems, solar arrays, exhaust stack bracing, conduit, condensate lines, mechanical equipment, and much more.
In summary, the S-5-T Mini clamp is a versatile and reliable solution for securely attaching a wide range of rooftop accessories to T-shaped seam profiles or certain architectural profiles with a low horizontal projection.
*S-5!® Mini clamps are not compatible with, and should not be used with, S-5! SnoRail /SnoFence or ColorGard® snow retention systems. If you are using the Colorgard snow retention system, make sure you use the S-5-T seam clamp. The S-5-T Mini clamp comes complete with one [1] 3/8″x 24 x 0.80″ round nose set screw. All hardware is stainless steel. The Hex bolt is no longer standard with S-5! mini clamps. Options are:
