Wuko 0410 Sheet Metal Sprinter Standing Seam Seamer

The WUKO 0410 Sprinter Standing Seam Seamer is a professional 120V self-propelled electric sheet metal seaming machine designed for closing single-lock and double-lock standing seams on metal roofing panels. Engineered for professional standing seam roofing contractors, the Sprinter allows operators to change between single-lock and double-lock forming operations with a simple handle adjustment, eliminating the need to replace forming rollers.

The WUKO Sprinter is available in two seam-height configurations: 1" and 1-1/2". Each machine is supplied with the appropriate supporting wheels for the selected seam height, allowing contractors to choose the correct configuration for their roofing system. Compatible profiles must measure no more than 1/2" across the top of the standing seam.

Featuring forward and reverse operation, variable forming pressure adjustment, and two working speeds of approximately 23 or 40 ft/min, the WUKO 0410 provides efficient seam closure across a variety of compatible roofing materials. Its forming rollers are designed for use on painted and coated sheet metal surfaces while minimizing the risk of finish damage when properly adjusted.

The Sprinter also accommodates curved standing seam roof panels, including convex panels with a minimum radius of approximately 32" and concave panels with a minimum radius of approximately 48". Both available 120V configurations include front and rear automatic motor shutoff sensors, allowing the machine to stop at the ends of roofing panels during forward and reverse travel.

Powered by a 720W electric motor, the WUKO 0410 Sprinter is designed for demanding professional metal roofing installations. Each machine includes a heavy-duty plywood carrying case for secure transportation and storage.

Available Seam Heights

The WUKO 0410 Sprinter is available exclusively in 120V with two standing seam height configurations. Select the required seam height when ordering to ensure the machine is supplied with the appropriate supporting wheels.

• 1" Standing Seam: Configured for closing compatible 25 mm single-lock and double-lock standing seam profiles.
• 1-1/2" Standing Seam: Configured for closing compatible 38 mm single-lock and double-lock standing seam profiles.

Both configurations include forward and reverse operation, two working speeds, variable forming pressure, and front and rear automatic motor shutoff sensors.
