  • Description

The Malco FS2F200 2-Station Metal Panel Bender offers expanded bend capacity while maintaining excellent maneuverability. With a maximum bend depth of 7-7/8″ (200mm), this model handles common roofing bends, trim details, and mid-depth flashings without stepping up to the larger 350mm version.

Create straight 0°–100° bends on panels of virtually any length directly on the jobsite. The 2-station design provides consistent seam tracking and controlled forming, making it a preferred option over traditional field brakes for long runs.

Adjustable roller spacing accommodates multiple materials and thicknesses, and the exclusive angled roller design helps protect finished surfaces during 90° bends. The tapered roller profile allows use on mechanical lock standing seam systems.

Made from CNC-machined aluminum and stainless steel components, the FS2F200 delivers durability, stability, and precision. It ships in a premium IP67 waterproof hard case to protect your tool during transport and storage.

    Available Models

    • FS2F150 (150mm max depth) – Ideal for shallower bends, snap-lock eave work, and repetitive profiling.
    • FS2F200 (200mm max depth) – The most versatile option for a wide range of field bends.
    • FS2F350 (350mm max depth) – Designed for deep bends such as chimney flashings and complex trim details.

Malco FS2F150 2-Station Metal Panel Bender – 150mm (5-7/8″ Max Depth)

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can this bender handle?

It’s adjustable for multiple materials and thicknesses. Recommended maximum capacities include:

  • 24 ga steel
  • 26 ga stainless steel
  • .040″ aluminum
  • 20 oz copper
  • 1mm zinc

Adjustable roller spacing allows you to fine-tune for different materials to maintain clean, professional results.

How is this different from Malco’s ER3 3-Station Edge Roller?

The ER3 max bend depth is 4″. The 2-Station Bender can reach significantly deeper bends (up to 14-3/8″ depending on model).

Roller spacing is adjustable for thickness and material. The ER3 is not.

The tapered roller allows bending mechanical lock standing seam profiles.

The 2-Station Bender is lighter in most configurations and more modular for varied jobs.

What bend length can it make?

There is no fixed length limitation. As long as the panel edge is straight, you can form straight bends of virtually any length. This is why many pros prefer it over traditional brakes for long runs.

What’s the best technique for clean bends?

Start with a straight cut edge. The tool tracks along the panel edge, so accuracy begins there.

Make multiple light passes instead of forcing a 90° bend in one pass. Plan on about 5 passes to reach 90°. Light pressure and controlled movement prevent rippling.

Before applying bending pressure, roll the tool across the panel once to create a tracking crease.

Which model bender should I buy?

It depends on your typical work:

  • Repetitive shallow bends and snap-lock eave work → 150mm
  • General roofing and trim work → 200mm
  • Deep flashing work, chimneys, custom details → 350mm

Frequent users typically benefit from a fixed 2-station tool. Less frequent users may prefer the modular setup with two single-station benders and a connector for maximum flexibility
