  • Description

The Malco FS2F150 2-Station Metal Panel Bender is built for precise, shallow-depth bends on roofing panels, trim, and flashing — right on the jobsite. With a maximum bend depth of 5-7/8″ (150mm), this model is ideal for snap-lock eaves, gable trims, hems, and repetitive profiling work.

Form clean, straight 0°–100° bends on panels of virtually any length. Many contractors prefer 2-station benders over traditional field brakes because they allow infinite-length bends with consistent tracking and control.

Adjustable roller spacing lets you fine-tune the tool for various materials and thicknesses while the angled roller design helps prevent scratching at 90° bends. The low-profile tapered roller supports mechanical lock standing seam profiles for added versatility.

Constructed from premium CNC aluminum and stainless steel components, the FS2F150 is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and built for daily professional use. Each unit ships in a rugged IP67-rated waterproof hard case for protection on and off the roof.

    Available Models

    • FS2F150 (150mm max depth) – Ideal for shallower bends, snap-lock eave work, and repetitive profiling.
    • FS2F200 (200mm max depth) – The most versatile option for a wide range of field bends.
    • FS2F350 (350mm max depth) – Designed for deep bends such as chimney flashings and complex trim details.

Malco FS2F200 2-Station Metal Panel Bender – 200mm (7-7/8″ Max Depth)

Frequently Asked Questions

Which model bender should I buy?

It depends on your typical work:

  • Repetitive shallow bends and snap-lock eave work → 150mm
  • General roofing and trim work → 200mm
  • Deep flashing work, chimneys, custom details → 350mm

Frequent users typically benefit from a fixed 2-station tool. Less frequent users may prefer the modular setup with two single-station benders and a connector for maximum flexibility

What’s the best technique for clean bends?

Start with a straight cut edge. The tool tracks along the panel edge, so accuracy begins there.

Make multiple light passes instead of forcing a 90° bend in one pass. Plan on about 5 passes to reach 90°. Light pressure and controlled movement prevent rippling.

Before applying bending pressure, roll the tool across the panel once to create a tracking crease.

What bend length can it make?

There is no fixed length limitation. As long as the panel edge is straight, you can form straight bends of virtually any length. This is why many pros prefer it over traditional brakes for long runs.

Why is the 200mm model considered the most versatile?

The FS2F200 strikes a balance between depth and maneuverability. It handles common roofing bends, trim details, and moderate-depth flashings without stepping up to the larger 350mm model.

When should I upgrade from the 150mm to the 200mm?

If you frequently fabricate larger rake trims, extended eave details, or mid-depth flashings beyond 6″, the 200mm gives you added capacity without significantly increasing tool size or weight.

Is the 200mm large enough for chimney flashings?

For many standard chimney and wall flashings, yes. However, for especially deep or custom architectural flashings, the 350mm may be the better choice.
